Tuition Tax Deduction

Did you know that tuition is tax deductible on your Wisconsin taxes?
Parents with a child in a private school can receive a tax deduction for private school tuition.  Under the program, parents statewide will be able to deduct up to $4,000 per student in grades K-8, and up to $10,000 per high school student. The tax deduction began in tax year 2014.  Statements are available in TADS in January of all tuition paid from January 1 to December 31 of the previous year.

Please see http://www.wcris.org/tuitiontaxdeduction.cfm for more information.
